You will move around using the mouse, and when you see a sad person on the beach, click on them. After, you have a limited time to swipe into the directions that the arrows show you so that you complete the dance and give good vibes to that person. They will give you smiley faces in return, and there is a number of them you have to collect each level to complete it.
