With the mouse, you draw lines between two numbers that are identical and have the same color, and you will create a bubble with their double, so if you combine two '4' items, you will get an '8', and so forth. You have to do this in order to keep getting bigger and bigger numbers and leveling up, and the more matches you manage to make, the bigger your score becomes. Also, make sure that you don't reach the point where no more connections can be made since that is when it is done for you.
