You move using the arrow keys around the screen, and when you want to move and weave a line, you press the spacebar first, hold it down, and then use the arrow keys to navigate with the little doctor. You have to cover the screen with your lines in a certain percentage in order to clear a level, such as 75% for the first stage of the first world. There are three stages to a world, and four worlds in total.

Weave the lines, and make sure viruses don't touch you during that, since you don't just lose the line, but you also lose a life, and after losing all your lives you have to start the game all over again. Can you cover the screen, defeat all of the viruses, and get a whole lot of points?
