There will be multiple waves of enemies coming at you, and you should try to survive them for as long as possible. To do so, drag soldiers from the bottom of the screen and place them on the tank, and as they get eliminated, replace them with new ones and so forth. When you have enough energy, use the main trunk gun for a powerful attack that will take out multiple enemies at once.
