Description

Yoga is a practice and a sport that is great for people who want to stay healthy, have flexible bodies and also be calmer and more in tune with the world around them, which is why it is never too early to learn it, and if there are any kids interested in it on our website, they are invited to check out the educational game called EZ Yoga, where they will have plenty of fun learning Yoga poses, all virtually, totally safe!

The first menu that you can enter is the Daily Exercises one, where you will get a set of exercises to do every day. You are shown the pose in a picture, and the time you have to do it for. Then, press Start to turn up the timer and then do that pose for the time that it is given to you.

Press skip if you want another pose. Now, in case you are more knowledgeable and are already familiar with poses, enter the Poses menu and choose the ones you want to do, making your own routine. What are you waiting for? Start getting fit and healthy now, and don't hesitate to share this game with as many of your friends as well!
