You are working on the front lines at a medical center for patients that have the virus, and only through the power of your clicking, which you aim to do as fast as possible, will you be able to save many people. As people enter the hospital, they are put in beds, and then you use the mouse to click on them repeatedly and heal them. You need a certain amount of clicks to heal a patient.

As you advance and improve the hospital and your clicking power, you heal patients faster but know that there will be patients with bigger health issues also, making it harder to heal them.
