There are two modes you can play the game in. Firstly, you have the play around mode, where you play freely, meaning that you move around the ball and shoot it from whatever position you want to. For the free throws mode, the game will give you the places where you throw from, and hopefully you get the ball into the hoop as many times as possible, and score a really big number of points.
