Begin by selecting which of the four turtles you want to be first, and then pick another turtle as a back-up, with your first mission being in Egypt. Use the arrows to run, the Z key to attack and the X key to jump. Collect potions to power-up, and when the bar is filled, press the spacebar to use that new ability.
