You can grab nitro packs to get a better speed, and you can activate them by pressing the spacebar, or the X key, depending on which is more suitable for you. You can also grab health packs, and they replenish your health bar after you have crashed.

Of course, the arrow keys are used for driving your truck, and, know that at each level you can get from one to three stars, depending on your performance.
