You start out with one cowboy character, but the more you play, the more of them you can unlock and become. You will use the mouse to jump up on a horse and ride it, and then extend the lasso using the mouse, throwing it over to the bull and jumping on its back, after which you have to ride it.

The bull will jump around through the bar, and you have to make sure you hold on to its back for a certain amount of time in order to pass the level, and then you advance to the next one, where you will have a bigger and more dangerous bull to face off with.
