Click on the screen to make the knight start running, and then click and hold on the left mouse button to determine the angle, and when you think it is right, release the button to throw.

Make sure not to get past the limit on the ground, and throw before you reach it because if you throw after it, it will count as a foul. Exceed your distance each time and have a terrific experience!
