You can do this by going on the team tab.

After this is done, take your team to a practice match to see how they are responding to your commands and what you need to do. In the practice, you will learn how to use all the features of the game because here you can give to your soldier various commands like to move, stand, shoot, guard or use. The game will go on time, so you don't want to lose it without doing the best decision for you and your team.

Act like a true warrior and lead your time for the victory. After you will make your move, is the for your enemy to make their move, wait and think about what you will do the next time. When you will move your soldiers don't forget to shelter all the time. Captain, if all is ready, you can move to the real battle where you will confront the real enemy.
