The zombies are coming from the top of the screen, and you have to make sure you don't let them get past the bottom too many times, because when that happens you will have lost and have to start all over again. To kill the zombies, simply tap on them with the mouse or with the fingers, depending on the device you play on, and for each zombie, you smash you get points in return, so strive for a big score in order to win.
