Well, you will have a different car to steal in each level. You will have to break its lock in order to drive it, so enter the code that is shown on the screen correctly, the code being formed of arrows, so the arrow keys are used. The codes need to be entered correctly before the time granted for that runs out on you.

In further levels, there will be other cars coming around, so don't move when they do, so you don't get caught. Drive the car afterward using the arrow keys, as you have to get it through the exit sign, and you should not crash it, because if you do, you return to the parking spot and have to start again.
