Captain Tankman wears a military suit in black and white, just as his straightforward personality, and he first appeared in the web series called Tankmen, where he was traveling a post-apocalyptic future together with his friend Steve. Ugh is the name of the track on which you will compete against him, helping Boyfriend out, of course!
