With the mouse, you click and hold on your kart that is going to be driven by a cat, and dragging the mouse around is how you navigate the map, which will be surrounded by water, with inner lakes as well.

Bump into enemies so that you send them into the water, and when you do that you get bigger, and getting bigger makes you stronger, which is good, because the bigger you are, you can bump off enemies better. Of course, they try to do the same to you, so don't let yourself get bumped.
