In each level you have a target, meaning a number of different kind of blocks that you need to eliminate, and if you manage to do that fast also, you are going to get three stars at the end of the level. Click on two blocks that are next to each other, in order to switch them up and create a row of three or more identical items, which then gets eliminated, and you get points in return.
