Oddbods are going to randomly appear in different parts of the screen, and when they do, you have to use your mouse and quickly click on them in order to shoot them down, because if you don't quickly take them out of the screen, they are going to throw ice cream at you instead, and if they hit you too many times you lose and have to start all over again. You lose once you have lost all ten of your lives, simple as that.
