You will have a troll face guy that is held up by chains in a torture room, and just like the title suggests, your role is to torture him as much as possible, getting coins each time that you click on his body or head to harm him. You also increase your score. Once you reach 200 collected coins you get to equip and use a knife.

When you've got a weapon, it means that with each new click you get more coins and points at the same time, and that number of rewards increases with each new weapon that you unlock and use, so try to get all of them, and give it your absolute best so that you earn a score as big as possible.
